The Problem with One Life
Your death is final. Your clan is not.
When you die in Memento Mori, your inventory is gone. Your base becomes exposed. Your progress ends. That character's story is over.
But your clan's shared chest persists. The resources you gathered are still there. Your teammates can continue building on what you started. Your death is a conclusion, not a total loss.
How Clans Work
Clans on Memento Mori are player-created groups with shared infrastructure and persistent resources. Unlike most servers where clans are cosmetic, here they are survival infrastructure.
Private Clan Chat
Coordinate with teammates using /cc to send messages visible only to clan members. Plan raids, share discoveries, warn of threats — all without alerting the wider world.
Clan Leadership
Create a clan, invite members, and assign co-owners. Remove inactive members. The structure is yours to define.
Persistent Resources
The longest survivors aren't the best builders or fighters. They're the best team players — the ones whose deaths don't set the clan back.
Create or Join a Clan
Clans are created and managed in-game using the /clan command. Create your own or ask in chat to join an existing one. On Memento Mori, your clan is your survival infrastructure.
